A Runner's Journey & Hours Per Week
Western humans, for the most part, are essentially the same. Working our jobs and managing life responsibilities outside of W2 hours, we then have a remaining X amount of “disposable” hours to play around with.
How you choose to allocate those hours is entirely dependent on what your goals are. Strength, speed, distance, health, etc. All avenues are applicable.
It simply boils down to hours spent running per week, and how much time you spend at each effort level.
