Thoughts on the Pegasus or Structure for early week runs? I know their stacks arent as low but they are your classic “just a shoe” with not much energy return or softness. They let your legs do the work. Thanks!
I actually love the Nike Pegasus for this scenario because the forefoot goes down to ~22m, letting you do the work along with feeling the ground. Works perfect early week!
I think one thing that often gets lost in the cushioning debate is how firm is the foam? That can make just as much difference as the thickness. I find most foam is just too soft for me, lacking the stability I need.
