The funny part is, it doesn’t matter where you are on the spectrum of those questions above, every article will be applicable to your life and training.
What to Expect:
If you’re here it’s either because A) You are a runner or B) You want to be a runner.
Regardless, you want to go into that pain cave and dig some more. You want the feeling of a perfect sunset run, where the music is just right and your thoughts are flowing lucidly. This is the runner’s high you’re chasing, and I’m here to deliver it. (I can’t even tell you how many answers I’ve found while running regarding business/life/family)
As stated previously, there will be articles tailored for all levels, from beginner to advanced. But pretty soon, no matter the level, a light switch will ding on in your head as you’re reading. All concepts and techniques can be broken down and applied to your training, no matter you’re current level (which we will point out when needed for you guys).
