Who this coaching is for:
Beginners: I create you a personalized plan based on your athletic background and goals. Whether it's a local 5K or Marathon, you will be successful and injury free.
Intermediate: The running plateau is common, it takes an extra push and more detailed training to overcome the "gray zone" that is intermediate level running. If you're stuck and having trouble making gains past your first PR, then this is for you.
Trail Athletes: Taking on the world of trail running is a whole 'nother beast. It's a completely different build from normal road running. It requires immense attention to detail and strength you do *not* have yet. I will tailor distance, elevation, and strength needs to what your race requires.
